Where this comes from

Forty years at the loom, two decades as this company.

Silk has been woven on this ground in Huzhou since the 1980s. Xinzhaofeng was incorporated in 2002 by the leadership and technical core of the township mill that preceded it, which is why a company just over twenty years old works with four decades of loom practice behind it.

Today that shows up as an integrated route: fabric R&D, weaving, sales and technical service in one team of more than 80 people, on a 4,000 m² site with a stated annual output of 3 million metres. Runhong and Xinzhaofeng are affiliated companies under common control; taken together the two mills state over 4 million metres and about RMB 290 million of output a year.

How we work

Material decisions before production decisions.

  1. Read the brief

We start with end use, construction, weight, colour direction, quantity and destination.

  2. Shortlist the material

We compare weave, hand, lustre, drape and practical finishing constraints before sampling.

  3. Sample and develop

Stock shades, custom colour, jacquard development and sample routes are reviewed against the project.

  4. Coordinate the next stage

After approval, commercial terms, production checkpoints and delivery planning stay in one sourcing conversation.
