The fabric features a lightly textured Yoryu surface, a light and airy hand, subtle transparency and a fluid drape, while the metallic stripe yarns create refined reflective highlights as the fabric moves under changing light.

At approximately 9 momme and 140 cm / 55 in wide, this decorative silk fabric is composed of 92% Mulberry Silk and 8% Metallic Yarn. Fabric Character

The lightweight silk ground gives this Yoryu fabric a soft, fluid movement, while its fine textured surface adds subtle visual depth. The evenly distributed gold metallic stripes introduce a delicate shimmer without overpowering the natural character of the silk.

Because the fabric is sheer, the appearance of the metallic stripes and base color can vary depending on lighting, background color and layering. When layered over another fabric, the visual depth and opacity increase while the gold stripe effect remains visible.
