Can I request swatches before ordering?

Yes. Use the project form or email samples@mingsilk.com. Sample or swatch charges, when applicable, are confirmed before dispatch. International courier, customs and import costs are normally paid by the customer. Custom swatch and lab-dip charges are credited in full against your subsequent bulk order.

Can MingSilk help me choose between similar fabrics?

Yes. Include the intended garment or textile application, desired drape, weight, transparency, stretch and finish. The team can then compare relevant constructions.

What should I include for a quotation?

Provide the fabric or SKU, colour, estimated quantity, delivery country, target timing and any required specifications or certifications.

Can I ask for a fabric not shown on the website?

Yes. Select custom development and describe the fibre, construction, weight, finish, colour or reference sample you are trying to source.
