Our factory · Production network
A production network made visible.
This page separates two evidence levels: Xinzhaofeng’s own operating profile, and the wider Runhong production-network context. That distinction lets buyers see what is directly stated for the company and what belongs to the group network.
- 01
Yarn and warp preparation
Preparation choices are reviewed against construction, repeat, weight and the required visual character.
- 02
Weaving and jacquard development
The production network supports silk and interwoven jacquard development for apparel and home-textile directions.
- 03
Dyeing and finishing coordination
Colour and finishing resources are coordinated as part of the project; the exact route is confirmed for each quality.
- 04
Sample and approval checkpoints
The approved reference should record colour, hand, drape, lustre, width and any performance requirement before bulk work.
- 05
Bulk planning and follow-up
Quantity, target timing, packing, destination and document requirements are reviewed together before a production commitment.
Production equipment
Current stated annual capacity approximately 3 million metres. The same production base also supports finished silk bedding, with a stated capacity of 60,000 sets a year. Equipment counts and capacity are as stated in the company filing of August 2026.
Award-winning quality
Liujin Yunlang, gold cloud waves.
A jacquard ground built from a dusk sky: gold cloud waves rolling across the cloth, with mountain ridges, deer and birds carried in the weave rather than printed on it. The figure is developed on the Bonas jacquard heads, which is what allows a repeat of this scale and depth.
It is the quality behind the company's 2025 industry recognition, and it shows what the jacquard route can do when a pattern is designed for the loom rather than adapted to it.

Standards & qualification
Evidence with a defined scope.
Use the overview as a visual index. Each evidence row states status, scope and limitation without implying that every document applies to every fabric, colour or production lot.

The certificate lists spinning, weaving and preparatory processes. It also states that processes marked with an asterisk may be carried out by subcontractors. Product-level organic claims still require the appropriate transaction documentation.

A test report applies to its identified sample and date. It is supporting evidence, not a permanent claim for every current fabric lot.
